A controller isn't detected
Tell us the controller model, your browser, and whether it is plugged in by cable or paired over Bluetooth. That usually points straight to the fix.
Add my controller
Using a pad we do not list yet? Send us the make and model and we will look at adding proper support for it.
Feedback or an idea
A feature you wish existed, a guide that could be clearer, or anything that would make the tool better. This kind of message shapes what we build next.
We are a small team, so we are not staffed around the clock, but we genuinely read everything and aim to reply within a few business days. Bug reports and "my controller will not show up" messages tend to get answered fastest.
